After Effects to FCP – have to re-render in FCP

Really appreciate!
Am working with SD 1024 x 576 in AE, rendering as .mov, then importing into FCP for a final render of .mov
Problem: When outputting from AE, and importing the .mov into FCP, FCP is rejecting with an alert message that the ‘Sequence Preset’ settings are not matching, and then shows red render lines for that .mov in the sequence.
More Details below:
When dragging an AE rendered .mov into FCP get this message:
When clicking ‘no’, (choosing NOT to change the FCP settings) get red render-needed lines in the FCP sequence.
When clicking ‘yes’ to change the FCP sequence settings, it changes the sequence settings from this:
To this: (Note: the ‘pixel aspect ratio’ has been changed, a check is now by ‘anamorphic’, and the ‘compressor’ setting for photo jpeg is now 100% instead of 86%):

No worries of course David.
I’m also confused, but that’s because Hope started out on the wrong foot.
I think she needs to go back and change her AE project to the proper pixel dimensions using the proper Widescreen PAL SD preset.
As far as the codec is concerned, I’d advise her to use DVCPro50 or ProRes, because Photo JPEG is not a realtime FCP codec.

Thanks so much for your input….really appreciate.
These are the settings that our video department has given us. the Square pixels and the 1024 x 576….
Before switching over the the new AE and FCP, these settings did work.
hmmmm. Hope some solution is there.You all are saying that because they are non standard, FCP is rejecting them?
This is actually one of the presets in photoshop for video, called:
PAL D1/DV Widescreen Square Pixel, or at least it was in CS3.The rendered file then is compressed in Compressor at some special settings that make it into a mpeg 2 file, which then goes into a Octoshape Air Box …. or something with those names and is streamed thru a flash player on the internet, for an international web channel..
Hope there is some kind of a solution…..
