    After Effects stuck rendering

    This has happened to me a few times where I am trying to render something with an alpha channel. It starts to render for a second and gets about 10% and then stops. Does anyone know why this would happen?

    It could be you’re trying to use GPU acceleration. Try going into Project Settings > Video Rendering and Effects > Use > Mercury Software Only
