  After effects rendered footage “jitters” how to fix?

  hey all. I’m trying to figure out an issue I am having when rendering out a video in after effects.

  The footage in after effects is a quicktime MOV render from premiere which is pretty lengthy..around 1 hour long.

  I’m taking the rendered footage from premiere into after effects, applying some motion graphics stuff, as well as color correction, and then rendering one final time to quicktime mov. I have also tried as f4V and have jittering for both.

  im working in after effects CS5.5 and Premiere CS5.5
  any sugguestions??
