After effects Optical flares
Im having trouble on After Effects CC trying to use optical flares. I can select them and what not but I don’t see a ‘red focal point‘ or ‘control point’ to manipulate and move the flare. Could someone please help me find this? Thanks in advance.

To move the flare, change the center position in the Effects tab. There should also be a small circle for you to drag in your composition window. You can also attach it to a light and move it that way in 3D space.
