  After Effects on G5 to Avid Adrenaline 1.3.1 on PC??

  When making a QuickTime from AE 6.5 on my Mac G5 to go to a PC running Avid Adrenaline, what codec should i use and do i need to worry about field rendering…like lower field first, or upper field first, or no fields?
