Hello I am looking to achieve the effect used in CSI Miamis opening credits you know the magnifyed rectangles… I used Aaron’s magnifying tutorial and it worked beautifully , my only problem is I need alot of them fluing across the screen and precomposing them makes things screwy.. any way any help will be greatly appreciated…I used a rectangle created in photoshop and followed the steps for the adjustment layer in the magnifying glass tutorial…

Methinks you need to click the little “Collapse Transformation” button on the precomped layer (in the main comp), it’s always a good first thing to test when using precomps and you have problems. It looks like a little sun, next to the shy-guy. It’s also the Continuously Rasterize button for vector layers.
