  • After Effects imports TIFF as footage with fewer frames than source files

    Hey all,

I’ve been exporting some footage as TIFF files and I still need to edit a little bit, so I import it all back into After Effects but I’ve run into a little problem. There’s a total of 888 TIFF files, but when I import it back into After Effects, there’s only 708 frames, as if it’s just been time-remapped that way. Any idea why it’s doing this and what I can do to fix it?

    Much Appreciated.

    hi..

I find that whenever I get issues like this one I take it in and out again of quicktime pro.. as same or another sequence or mov or whatever.. but I am no pro and it may still have the same problem, but often it gets it sorted for whatever reason.

    Thanks for all your help
