Is there a way to export After Effects camera data to Maya? I know it would be easier to do the camera animation in Maya and then import into After Effects, but the camera has already been animated in After Effects by someone else.
    Thanks for any help.

Hmm… The way to go probably involves creating a text document of the keyframe coordinates, then pasting this data into Maya. Just for fun, try to copy a keyframe, and paste it into a text doc. Check out the numbers, and try to paste it on your animation graph in Maya. Then, try pasting a goup of keyframes, rather than one.
A reverse fix would be to motion track the output from AE, using MayaLive or Boujou. This is probably not the best way.

Also, If you need simple 3d to follow a comp camer in AE, try Zaxwerks Invigorator. It’s good for motion graphics, text, etc.
