Hi, I’ve recently installed After Effects. It works fine for a while but when i tried to restart it again I received the following message,

After Effects can’t continue: sorry, Afters Effects has crashed. (0 :: 42,

    followed by,

The instruction at “0x77ec3593” referenced memory at “0x00000010”. The memory could not be “read”.
Click OK to terminate the program (and it hangs)
Click CANCEL to debug the program (it did nothing)

Anyone with suggestion? I need help. Thank you. =)

I’ve gotten that message, but usally only after working the program hard and it seems to run into a RAM brick wall.

But …you might try just trashing your preferrences.
