Is scrubbing the only way to listen to the audio?
I want to listen to the audio in real time.
How is the done? -

Use RAM preview (zero key on the keypad) or audio-only preview (period key on the keypad).

Hope it’s not too late to respond to this, but I was having trouble hearing audio synched to the picture by using the RAM preview.
Are there any special setting I should be doing to preview audio synched with an image?
