Is there a way to convert mask data into line art? I’ve tried using vector paint and I don’t think I have it correct. Also is there a simple way to add a controllable border to an object? I’ve been using a matt choker on another layer but it seems obtuse. laurie George

Trapcode’s 3d STROKE (for tapered ends)
    AE’s Stroke
    Vegas

Vegas on a Mask Path, segment 1, hardness 1, black, mid point opacity 100, chased with Find Edges at 20 to 50% Blend with Origianl gives a nice gray line with sharp black edges.

    Render>Scribble makes squiggly line art.
