    Hello,

So I have some wide screen 720p video that I output as an image sequence. When I import it into after effects and drop it into a composition after effects does not show that it is a wide screen movie. It displays the movie as if it were 4:3 aspect ratio. If i double click on the file in the project panel it will open the footage and play it in widescreen, just when I drop into a comp it is converted to 4:3
    Thanks for your help.

Try to change Pixel Aspect Ratio (PAR) of your sequence to 1.2121 (16:9).

Don’t forget the pixel aspect correction toggle switch at the bottom of your comp window.
