After effect dropping frames (one YES one NO) to halve the duration of a video
After effect
In input I have a video file at 30fps that lasts 60 seconds.(1800 frames)
As output I want the same video at 30fps fps but that lasts 30 secondi (900 frames).
Starting from the input file I want to DELETE one frame YES and one frame NO alternatively in order to get a video that lasts half (I know that the ouptut video will have an effect like fast sequence of photos).

You can use time stretching to change the speed/duration:
Since you’re just halving the duration (or doubling the speed), if you keep frame blending off, Ae will simply throw away every other frame just like you want.
