I am so happy, hurrah Adobe picked up MXF file support…so I open up premier and begin…hmmm, hurrumph…

What should I do? I could select a HDV project setting or set up custom. If I select custom do I want to set the aspect as 720 x 1280…my HVX200 doesn’t capture in 720 x 1280, but rather a slightly off size that has me wondering.

I went ahead and used a default HDV setting and everything appears to look correct…but I have been here before, only to find out later that the frame rate/aspect or fields was way off after rendering: Titles, video, transitions, ETC.

    Any sugestions?

A far as I know the support patch is yet to be out.

It will however be out this month. Until then you can either use Cineform/Raylight, or Capture with OnLocation.

DVC Pro HD uses an anamorphic ratio.
