  AE won’t read illustrator files

  Hey everyone … wondering if anyone’s seen this before…

  I had a comp with 3 layers, each made of an illustrator .ai file. When I brought the project up today i got the following error:

  After Effects error: There was an error processing this PDF document (537133057).

  Now anytime I import an ai file it gives me thaat error. It’s even doing it with brand new ai files.

  Has anyone seen this before?
