AE won’t link to media on new scratch disk with same name
Hi. I have hundreds of after effects projects that are all linked to media on my scratch SSD. I recently had to change scratch discs so I moved the contents of that SSD to a G-Raid and titled the volume with the same name as the SSD in the hopes that AE would not notice the content was on a new drive and continue to be linked. Even though the path to the media has not technically changed, it thinks all the media is off-line. It must be identifying the volume in some way? Does anyone have any ideas about how to get AE to link other than a manual relink?
