  For some reason, AE updated without a warning.

  All my pref settings are gone and I can’t seem to get them back.

  It was an increment update and not sure why.

  Happened a few days ago.

  Never ever experience this and it’s annoying.

  Update: Forgot to mention this was across all Adobe apps on my 2019 Mac Pro.
