AE to AME Update
I almost wasted time by un-installing AE and AME along with a slew of plug-ins till I found this post:

Not laying blame just giving everyone a head start on the rabbit hole trip 😛 -

Thanks for sharing this. I was trying to make a 360 video last week and it wouldn’t appear in AME. I wrongly assumed it was just too much for AME, but looks like it might have been caused by VC’s Optical Flares and this bug.
As it happens, I did the same thing as recommended and rendered out an intermediate png sequence directly from the Render Queue.

The other fix is to save the AE file and open it in AME for rendering.
But you need to head back to v.17.0.5. -
There is a beta build available on the Cloud app to try.
Not a fan of betas but Ill give it a try.

After Effects/AME updated for this issue.
Works now.
