  AE Ribbon/confetti tutorial

  I’m trying to do something very similar to the “paper ribons and confetti” tutorial by Joe Chao. In the tutorial it says “Copy the data of mask shape and paste it to the position property of the yellow solid layer. Now, you can see the solid move along the path…” Can someone explain what he means and how to do it?
