    Hey everybody… I keep getting a render failure message with this box that pops up….

    After Effects:AEGP Plugin Media IO Plugin:
    Unknown Error!
    MediaIO2 error : 0x4
    Not enough memory to complete this encoding
    (5027 :: 12)

    I have found a way AROUND it, but its still really frustrating when i have a ton of titles that I have to export. My way around it is restarting the computer, but I have tried to stop as many processes as I can and it still seems to fail. The ONLY thing that works is restarting…

    Anyways I have a 3 zaxwerks 3d invigorator layers, and video that is .wmv that I am laying it over the top of and trying to export to .wmv, uncompressed .avi, and XVID .avi and it wouldn’t work.

    Like I said I have found a way around it, but I would really like your input on how to fix it so I don’t have to restart every time I have to render a clip.

    Thanks,
    Topher

    either you need more RAM or a better video card. Since it is invigorator that gives you the problem, my guess is the video card. A good way around this is to render the layer with the 3D in it’s own comp with an alpha. Then, bring that rendered footage into the main comp and render. This usually works great.
