  AE Offset loopable scrolling effect in FCP

  I’ve been using AE for several years and I’ve come quite accustomed to using the Offset plugin to making looping scrolls amongst tons of other uses. Anyway I used it all the time in AE to make a stuttering film projector look.. Like when film slows down you can actually differentiate the different frames and see them stutter vertically.

  Considering I need this more and more in Final Cut Pro to show more accurate rough edits to clients i was hoping that someone knew of a way to emulate the offset loopable vertical scroll effect in FCP.
