  AE mask goofiness… won’t show result in comp

  For the last couple of weeks, AE has not been showing the result of a mask in the comp window, nor will it preview render the mask. If I open a layer in the layer preview window it displays the result with the mask… just not in the comp window.

  The layer preview window has an check box for “Render” which toggles the mask preview on or off but there is no such toggle for the comp window (that I can find anyway.)

  HELP is greatly appreciated.
