AE locks up after a render
Sorry I blew up.
Don’t say that I “imply,” tho.
I called Adobe, went through all kinds of phone trees and holds.
Finally got somebody in India (I think) and asked my question about video cards. He put me on hold for a long time.
Then he said he’d transfer me to a “specialist.”
Another long hold.
When I got the guy he was suspiciously loquacious and helpful. But I took it as a good sign. He said that all day he answers questions from people who have problems with AE.It may be that I was talking to a sales rep or the Indian guy’s friend in San Diego. I dunno.
I supposed he was what he said he was, and I believed him.
Your response was understandable but not particularly helpful, since it was couched in such arch language. I couldn’t take in what you were saying because of the way you said it.
As for my call to Gridiron.
About 8 months ago I called and emailed Gridiron and never got a response. Still, today. Figured what was happening was just standard. If I hadn’t been in this forum, would I have got an answer from you?
Anyway, this time I did hear you. And thanks.
P.S. Nothing against Bangalore support. I’ve had some sublime help from from other-than-Adobe phone support. -
