AE – Keep the Anchor point at the Center of the Composition (Not the layer)
Hi Everyone,
I’m trying to make an expression to keep the Anchor point of a layer to the center of the composition, despite some change in position value.
I try many things, but the Anchor Point don’t return at the center of the composition after I move the layer and keep to follow the layer’s properties value…
I also see that a post was created some years ago for the same problem without solution. Any idea with some update today ?
If it’s possible to get some advice to learn from the beginning to script on After Effect. Maybe a Youtube Channel, or a website if you know some good. I would like to help too in the future on this forum ☺

This is simply achieved by not animating position but anchorPoint instead.
