AE Import Image over Video
I have a video of a superhero and need to figure out a way to use AE to inlay an image of a building over the entire video. So it looks like he is standing on it. Is there a simple solution?

Assuming the superhero was not shot on greenscreen, you need to draw a mask (rotoscope) around the super hero, then place a shot of the building under the hero in the timeline.

That’s the thing since I intend to use a greenscreen behind him so I can replace it with some non time lapsed moving clouds.
