  AE crashing using particle playground, please help

  Hey all just wondering if there is any way to stop or help AE when rendering particle Playground. I created the project with minimal trouble but when i try to render or export the composition it freezes. Composition settings are 720 x 480 and its got 345600 particles. I am using the sand tutorial as a blow off effect at the end of the composition. Please if you could help me. Computer Specs
  – P4 2.4
  – 1gb ram
  – 6600gt tdh
  – 450wtt PSU
  – win xp home sp2
  – after effects 6.5 pro with the update patch
