While trying to fix my issue of AE crashing when trying to save or import files, I’ve found the solution. It apears that SEVERAL people have been experiencing this and not sure why it just starts out of the blue. Anyway, I found the solution on Adobe forums and I had to upgrade my nVidia drivers to the latest version, and now all is fine with AE! shew….

Thanks, hope this helps someone else!

Got a bookmark sticking out of the Bible on my desk pointing to that very proverb.

Ok, so I thougt it was all fixed! Well today I try to open AE and it just sits there at the splash screen, and never loads. So I clear my prefs and try again with no luck. So I login as Administrator on my WXP machine and try to load AE and all works fine?!?!?

I am so confused as to what is causing all of this, the only thing I did different to my system is add a new monitor and I loaded the drivers that came with it.

    ugh!!

    Any ideas on this one?
