  AE Composition setting Question

  You many know that I’m very new to this. With that being said.
  Is it better to have my composition at 720 by 480 and then stretch it to HD 1920 by 1800. Or is it wise to do a composition setting as HD 1920 by 1800 and then render it out that way for good quailty?
