So I am throwing together a website for an artist friend of mine. What I’m picturing is having his paintings over top a few ‘bloom’ .mov files in after effects. So each time you click onto the page all the blooms move and spread underneath the picture.

My problem though is the sizing between after effects and dreamweaver doesn’t really coincide and the after effects file when exported to as a .swf file always turns out really small.

I’ve cut the frame rate in half (15 fps) and it’s only a four second clip that doesn’t loop, that shouldn’t be too much of a load on certain computers right?

I’m mostly wondering if my work flow can be better optimized or if there are better methods. A main purpose for me learning after effects has been to integrate it into dreamweaver and have moving parts on websites with more control than in flash (take note that I haven’t really gotten into flash)

any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated

    thanks!
