AE 7.0 project files between WIN & MAC?
hi guys – just wondering if AE 7.0 files are compatible between Mac and PC…..of course I understand that plug-ins need to be same, and often file naming needs to adjusted…..but all that aside, can I open up an AE 7.0 file that was made on a MAC on my PC. (i’m still trying to work out if I can put off getting a MAC until AE is re-written for macbook)

Yes. Project files can be transferred cross-platform, with the caveats (plug-ins and source footage location) that you mentioned.
