    In 6.5 you can have multiple comp windows open. In 7.0 i don’t see a way to have more than one comp window open at a time. Does any one know what the deal is?

    Na, you are simply not understanding the concept of “viewers” it seems. It’s quite possible to have multiple viewers open at any given time. You just need to lock them with the little icon in the top left corner.

    Actually AE 7 is much more powerful in this aspect.

    You can also grab the little group of dots near the lock and “rip” it right out of the new “Windows like” organization to it’s own individual location, like by itself on a second monitor…
