  AE 6.0 Audio Format Creates Lag On You Tube

  When I render in AE 6.0 using Quicktime/Mpeg4 and 8kHz 8 bit audio I get
  a unsynchronized audio on You Tube:

  You Tube asks for MPEG4 and MP3 audio…any suggestions?
  Does AE have an option for MP3 audio? Is there any issues
  with AE Mpeg4?
