AE 5 vs. AE6
I curently work on AE 5 but i’m doing a project with another editor on the producer wants us both to use AE6. Just wondering if there’s a big difference with AE 6 comnpared to 5. I have to start this job soon and have to use AE6. Thanks

AE 6 was a little buggy, and 6.5 was better. I seem to recall a bug fix as 6.1. But good luck finding that, since we’ve passed 6, 6.5, and 7. Now we’re at 8, or “CS3”.
If I recall, there wasn’t the kind of difference that would make it difficult for a 5 user.There were some slight changes in the way things were handled, but it’s not as if the whole app changed.

Nope. That was a long time ago.
Why are you asking about differences? You *have* to use AE6, so just start using it now. Time’s a-wasting. 🙂
