I’m turning 2D images into 3D images with PS CS3 and AE CS3. after rendering a QT and then loading it into Avid i see aliasing in some of the details of the finished QT (with the Avid HQ {high quality} button on. I’ve gone into the comp settings in AE and then clicked on ‘advanced’, then ‘options’ and changed the resolution to 4000 and the result is still the same. Any advise and/or help to eliminate or at the very least minimize the aliasing i would appreciate.
    Thank you.

Maybe your original pictures are too small for high resolution output.

Thanks Chris. That’s a good point so i checked it. the images are 640×480 pixels and the resolution is 72. when i load and edit the jpegs (without using PS or AE) in Avid and do a comparable move with Avid’s ‘picture-in-picture’ with HQ button clicked they look fine. when i don’t use the Avid HQ button on the jpegs i get similar aliasing effect as the AE rendered QT.
