  advise for large lcd slideshow

  Hi,
  I’m planning a slide show of random rehersal pictures (wife’s dancestudio show)and will project them on a screen somewhere between 6×6 and 15×15 feet. Will be using a laptop and ~2000lumen lcd projector. The pics are from digital rebel ~3000x2000pixels. I mostly plan crossfades and some simple zooms and pans. there will not be music with it. What software will give me the best results. I have powerpoint, premiere, proshow gold. What resolution would be best in the show? some are cropped. Anyother good photoshop processing tips appreciated.
