ADVICE on getting 6/8 mb bit rate, stream rate 2000kbps

Sadly, this is impossible.

The bit rate defines the file size.

Let’s convert 2000 kbps to how many MegaBYTEs per second (and then multiply that by 60 seconds) to get it’s result. Then let’s figure out what the number would be to hit your target.

2000 kbps (kilo bits per second) is 2 Mbps (Megabits per second.)

Divide this by 8 to get MegaBYTES per second (MBps)
2/8 = .25 MBps

So, each second takes up .25 MegaBytes – or 4 seconds = 1 MegaByte.
60 seconds takes up 15MB.

If we decrease the original data rate in 1/2, we’ll get what you want.
So, if you drop the data rate to 1000kbps, you’ll get files around 6-8 MegaBytes per minute.
