I didn’t say that it didn’t. But, I did say that it doesn’t work with COLOR in HD. And it doesn’t. That’s a limitation of COLOR. You can use it with FCP all you want.

But, only ProRes and other compressed formats, it cannot handle uncompressed HD because firewire 800 is it’s tether to the CPU.

It does? That’s new. Since I don’t own the unit I won’t be emailing. But I’ll drop by the AJA booth and verify that. That was the big reason I didn’t get one.

Hi, i am going to buy a matrox MXO2 mini with an ExpressCard.
I would ask if i can use it on my desktop pc with an adapter as this:
