  advice needed on editing-rendering old material

  good afternoon to all,

  please, i need once again your valuable help on the follow situation i have with some old material that they need further edit prior transfer to dvd’s

  those videos are uploaded to youtube some time ago so it is not possible for me to edit straight from the source videos

  yes, i know that youtube render all the videos to flv but i really don’t know at what format i have to download them in order to start editing

  i have to say that i have downloaded one video as mp4 and it was really easy to import that video into dvd architect and burn the first dvd

  unfortunately the quality is not so good and further edit have to be done for color, contrast and with audio as well

  all the material was from old pal vhs and hi8 cassettes and there no copyright infringement at all

  please, let me have your kind advice
