I am new to after effects and when I import files that have been converted to .mov from after effects, I get the warning – dropped frames message. I don’t have the drop down in final cut to turn off unlimited rt, I am not sure how to lower my compression data rate and I know my system is fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks

It sounds like After Effects is exporting out using the Animation codec?
You’ll need to check to make sure the codec that you are editing with is the same codec you render out of After Effects.

    Good Luck,

Thanks Todd. It turned out I had the wrong format size. I was using 1440×1280 and for whatever reason it worked 1280×720? Go figure?
