Advanced Line dissolves
Hi, i’ve been trying to figure out what plug in used here to make this line dissolve effect. He first has a line in between 2 points which may be the beam effect. Then the line dissolves like smoke. Link below

After looking into this further i have found that it is the Plexus plugin. Really cool plug in, however there is still the issue of the lines and shapes dissolving like smoke which i can’t figure out yet. THis has been a quest!

After looking into this further i have found that it is the Plexus plugin.
At first I had the same though about it but the last dissolving effect changed my perception. Don’t know whether it is possible to get the smoky effect from plexus.

yeh right. i think you are right. do you know of any cool smokey dissolve plugins or effects similar to that one?

I gave you the link in earlier post which is somewhat similar to this.
Though some manipulation in parameters is needed. I am quite busy these days. When I will get time I will try to create the same look and will upload the project file for you. Till then you can search on web on how to create smoky feel with plexus.
