    I have an old version of Avid, 3.5, so my
    effects are somewhat limited.

    Is there a way that I can purchase the effects that come with
    the adrenaline seperately, so that i can install on my old Avid,
    and use them there?

    In other words, can I buy the only the effects that come
    on the adrenaline ?

    mmmmmmmmmno
    you can surf some plugins tho. genarts sapphire are the most bang for the buck. After Effects will be your DVE.
