Adobe premiere pro glitches after export!
Hi, I’m very new to the world of editing! I help a friend to edit a video of her performance, It looks good before exporting, but after I do that it glitches in just 2 frames when the lights in the performance change. Maybe they change to fast idk, the lights changing are part of the performance and I need them to work well without glitching 🙁 I’ll really appreciate if you help me ?

Do you know the frame rate it was shot in and what the export frame rate is?
Sounds like you are re-interpreting the frames somehow.
