Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 & Adobe Media Encoder CS6 Unknown error right at the end

well ive just tried a test export again and its a no go. IM really lost as to what this problem could be it makes no sense at all.

This is very strange, ive tried rendering a sample again and the section that makes it crash whilst rendering a large file works fine if i just render out that section on its own.
