  Adobe Premiere Pro Closed Captions SCC crash

  I’m having the worst time. We created CLOSED CAPTIONS in Sony Vegas 10, but the *.SCC files cause Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 to crash every time.

  We’ve got the Matrox MX02 (Mini and LE) on 3 of our machines, and 1 of them has no enhanced box or timelines.

  Every single time I try to link the SCC closed captions to the sequence, I get a consistent crash.

  In Sony Vegas, if I PRINT TO TAPE via firewire, there’s no closed captions. I can’t even get the captions into Premiere to try to get the LINE 21 captions out.

  I have a deadline and this is killing me.
