Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 Source Monitor in/out points not snapping
Hello all.
As the title describes, I’m having a problem where I cannot get my playhead to snap to an in point or an out point in my source monitor (not on my actual time line, that works just fine). I can’t even use my keyboard hotkeys to snap the playhead to the next or previous edit point; this provides a very aggravating problem as it now takes me much longer to define where I want my in point or out point to be.
What might be causing this problem? It couldn’t possibly be the magnet icon, as that is for the timeline and not the source monitor.

It seems I have narrowed down the problem of being a product of having merged clips from combining the picture with an additional audio source. This is a little weird; however, as only some of the merged clips have the snapping problems and others don’t.
