I have adobe pemiere pro cs4. I am use a sony HDC-XR150 that shoots in a 1080p .mts format.

Im making short films for college portfolios. But i am having some problems exporting.

How should i export from premiere so that i get same quality as the .mts is?

Also. i want to get the files into aftereffects (which does not support.mts) So im looking to put mts into premiere, and export it with lossless quality.

PS. i have all of the converters known to man, none of them do lossless quality

If you mean m2t /hdv you should not lose much if at all, i can’t tell the difference , if edited in PP and using Adobe Media Encoder transcode intermediate codec does it automatically if you have set quality at HIGH before you edit by ticking Triangle cue left corner of Monitor as Cineform avi @ 1440x1080i ?ie., Project settings but, not after you try to Export project ?

mts from the HDR-XR150 is AVCHD a very highly compressed format, what is it you want to do with it when you export it?
