  Adobe PPCS3 crashing

  Hi,
  Here’s the jist: I am using a Mac Pro setup with all the bells and whistles. In using PPcs3 and I’m about 3/4 the way done on a 20 min. video sometimes when I do a specific move using motion the little
  icon circle or / hour goes on then the whole software program vanishes before my eyes. I do recover it but if i haven’t saved w/in
  sometime it’s all gone on the timeline. Tell me what’s going on or
  precautions to do before I start a new timeline/Video????
