  Adobe Media Encoder: Queue vs Export?

  Of the two options in CS5, which one do you guys find works better in a situation where you are encoding a hour and a half long project and want to ensure all cores to their fullest are being used?

  Also, what format would you guys recommend for draft previewing for HDV 60i material?
