Adobe Media Encoder hangs on loading the project
When i export media from Premiere and the Media Encoder opens, once I start the queue, the media encoder hangs with the status bar at the bottom saying ‘loading ‘project” Sigh.
I updated the media encoder to 4.02 and for testings sake, created a simple project with just one 20 MB file but it still hung on loading the project.
This is the second time I’ve installed CS4 so if anyone has any suggestions, I’d appreciate it!

Try opening AME from the Windows Start menu (or Mac equivalent) and creat a job from there. Does that work?

thanks for responding eddie.
i ended up removing cs3 and reinstalling cs4 and it seems to be working.
