Adobe Media Encoder
Selecting Adobe Media Encoder from the File > Export menu causes Premiere CS3 to crash. This is my first attempt to encode after installing CS3 and all updates. I’ve encountered no other problems. The system is a Dell Optiplex GX150, 3 GHz, 1 GB RAM running Windows XP, SP2. It’s an older PC we still use just for editing.

I believe you have to register the encoder separately before you can use it.
